Injection Tubes with bolting effect

Injection tubes with bolting effect are used for rock bolting in mining and tunnelling. By injecting resin, cement slurry etc., friable rock formations can be consolidated. The injection tube is inserted into the bore hole and connected to the injection pump with a connection thread. When pressurised with the injection medium, the integrated bore hole seal inflates and seals the bore hole, so an optimal bolting effect and connection with the surrounding rock formation is obtained.

In case of a pressure break, burst disc and hose valve inside the bore hole seal prevent a decrease of the gripping pressure. Furthermore, a reflow of the injection medium is prevented by a return valve. Different lengths of injection tubes and threads are available.
