In 2002 the PERFORATOR GmbH in Walkenried was transformed into an independent company and since then we have been continuing the traditional core business of the former Schmidt, Kranz mining technique: Drill pipes and equipment for different applications, drilling rigs for mining and tunnelling as well as modern roof bolting technique and infusion systems etc. are part of our extensive program. Many years of experience with boring technique and our intention to utilise this experience for further developments enabled us to offer our customers since 1993 the program of PERFORATOR thrust boring technique with a well-balanced choice of efficient high-class products. Horizontal thrust boring and pipe bursting machines, vertical earth augers and a variety of additional equipment, adapted to specific requirements and application conditions. The mts Perforator GmbH is our competent partner for your microtunneling projects.

Thus we pay attention to keep high manufacturing standards as production of drill pipes according to API standard or our quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 which are traceable for our customers by regular certification.
